My very first time Tokyo stay, thank you Host!

Pros: The location, is very close to Skytree so we can take trains easily. It has plenty of convenient stores around that area so you don't worry about food and beverage. The view is nice! The balcony can see the nice night view of Skytree but it is freezing during the winter season.

Cons: The sofabed couldn't be put out fully so it is quite hard to sleep for me since I'm tall.

Clean, Calm, and Convenient Stay Near Senso-ji Temple

Pros: It’s clean and calm, with everything working perfectly. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to Senso-ji Temple. There are also supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Highly recommend!

A decent place

Pros: Convenient neighbourhood and within walking distance to Skytree and a bunch of subway stations. The apartment was well-equipped and clean despite being a bit tiny. Reasonable room rate. Personally liked the bathroom and bathtub with plenty of functions. Sunshine in the morning!

Cons: Not enough amenities (one set of toiletries per person no matter how long our stay was.) WiFi was weak, I had to use my data which ran out quickly because of this. No TV signal except online services. Not enough hangers and places to hang the washed and worn clothes Quite hot and stuffy when we did the self-check-in outside. Soundproofing could be improved as neighbours were loud outside the door at night. Hard to walk around when the sofa bed was pulled out.

Wonderful place to stay in Tokyo

Pros: The location of the property - proximity to the subway stations. The quality of the room was also top notch even though it was small.

Cons: A user manual on how to operate the geyser and other electronic items can be kept before hand in the room.

Excellent location with close proximity to metro, convenience store and a mall.

Pros: 1. Very Good location, very close to the metro station. 2. Very clean room and washroom. Looks brand new. 3. Convenience store and restaurants are nearby. Location is safe and good for families.

Cons: 1. Room is very small for a family of 3. There is not enough room for storing luggage or clothes. 2. Utensils were unclean 3. Appliance usage instructions were not available in English and was difficult to understand. 4. Check-in instructions could have been better.

Good location with everything you need.

Pros: Very close to the sky tree, loads of food around that area too. It was comfy and cosy, with a small balcony and had everything we needed to make breakfast. It has a washing machine, shower, bathroom, double bed with another fold out bed and a tv we used mainly for watching YouTube videos.

Cons: We really struggled to get into the property as it was unstaffed. We were given multiple codes to use to get in and were a bit confused. We were helped out by messaging the hotel through booking.com and got in eventually. Other than that it was a great stay.

Pros: Lafesta Higashikomagata exceeded my expectations in every way! The location is fantastic, conveniently close to the train station.The balcony view facing the Skytree Tower, is truly spectacular. Communication with the host was not only easy but also incredibly helpful. They provided complete and clear instructions for a seamless check-in process. The apartment itself is brand new, impeccably clean, and equipped with outstanding facilities. Every detail was taken care of, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Pros: Room was very neat and had everything we need except for clothing iron, detergent and kettle. There is a built in dryer inside the bathroom which made it convenient for us to wash and dry our clothes. Size of the room was okay and spacious enough for 3 people. Location is great as it is walking distance from Tokyo Skytree, Asakusa and a lot of shopping areas.
