Great Location!
Pros: The location was great, in a very nice area of Tokyo. We also loved the size of the room and how quiet the area was. Having access to a washing machine was also so helpful.
Cons: The futons are very thin so if you are a side sleeper definitely not ideal.

Stay here if you're in Tokyo
Pros: - very nice interior design (Japanese style) - comfortable bathroom - futons vere a bit rough at first, but after 5 nights we didn't want to go back to sleeping on regular beds - quiet neighbourhood, you don't hear anything and anyone - very small but you have everything you need (after all, you don't come to Tokyo to stay at a hotel all day, do you?)
Cons: - location seemed great at first (when looking at the map), but in reality it takes about 50 min by metro to get to major Tokyo attractions (apart from Skytree od course, which is very near). But it's not a big minus, since the neighbourhood is great and quiet for a good sleep. It's also a walking diatance to Asakusa and Kuramae - I assume the size of the room might be a bit too small, for us it was fine

Excellent hotel, truly recommend
Pros: The accommodation was wonderful, it was in the perfect location right next to the Asakusa line which is a main line for traveling around Tokyo. It is also central to lots of good eating spots, a 5 minute walk from two 7/11s and a 20 minute walk to Sensoji temple! The accommodation was clean, minimalistic and housed everything you need for your stay. There is a bathtub to soak sore feet from walking around Tokyo, a washing machine and laundry detergent and even a washingline on the small balcony. The bidet is also excellent as someone who comes from a country without these amenities. Would come back to stay at this hotel in a heartbeat.
Cons: There is no lift for this 5 story building. The hike up four flights of stairs after a long day can be a bit bothersome but it's a very small flaw. The futons also are a bit thin and it takes a bit of getting used to sleeping on.

Pros: Cleanliness, Japanese style studio (convenient for 1 or 2 persons), quiet area. We were a bit confused about the futon beds but they were very confortable. Convenient stores approx.
Cons: In despite that the accommodation was very close to the Skytree tower and about 20-30 mins by walk to the Senso ji temple and Asakusa. It was a bit far from the famous districts (Shibuya, Shinjuku about 50mins by trains) but other than that we loved this place.

I would encourage anyone looking for accommodation around this area to book this room
Pros: Amazing room, very kind host. This was one of the cleanest rooms I have ever stayed. The property is located in a central but very quiet area, providing easy access to many other popular Tokyo destinations. Would highly recommend.

Pros: Great location, love the traditional setup with a few extra amenities, owner seemed nice from messages too
Cons: There was a warning about how ventilating when using the shower bath was required to prevent the fire alarms from being triggered. I was happy to do so but the built in dehumidifier was quite slow acting, so it didn’t seem to clear until about 30 mins after use, even when opening the door to the bathroom. This made me slightly nervous and rushed when using the shower.

Quiet and Chilling neighbourhood, but still Convenient.
Pros: if you manage to find this available. just book it. the view of skytree at its roof top is just spectacular! especially at night. when we reached tokyo it was late night, entering the building was easy with instruction from owner. getting the keys was also simple. our unit was just up 1 level, fortunately. once we enter the unit, greeted with the classic tatami flooring and futon bed. what i can say is what you see in the picture is exactly what you get, no more no less. what u need is there. there are 2 ramen place very near to the building, is a must try! walking distance to tokyo skytree for sure, nearest subway station is oshiage station, very convenient! my first day was a walking trip from here to asakusa, then to ueno and to akihabara, and taking subway from there back to skytree. a perfect roundtrip :)
Cons: the stairs are quite narrow, so it will be quite difficult for certain people. so people please be wary on that especially if you have huge luggages. however if that's not the concern, by all means...BOOK IT!

Charming Stay, Minor Hurdles
Pros: A lovely traditional Japanese-style room located in the city center, right next to the Skytree. The room was beautifully decorated, impeccably clean, and offered a cozy atmosphere. Check-in was quick and straightforward, and the room was well-insulated, providing excellent soundproofing and temperature control.
Cons: The room was on the 4th floor, accessible via fairly steep stairs, which made carrying suitcases a bit challenging. The room had only traditional curtains, so it became quite bright as soon as the sun rose.
