Spacious apartment. Limited hanging space

Pros: The apartment was very spacious, with enough bedding space for 5 people (two double beds and a single bed), with fridge, freezer, some cooking space, shower, toilet and washing machine with dryer function.

Cons: There was limited amount of hanging space (one small hanging rack) but no hangers for the wet towels which is a main limitation. As mentioned in the description there are some few steps (half a floor) from the entrance until the elevator is reached. The outside of the building looks a bit worn, but the inside of the house is kept up to date. There was a lot of description about how to separate the rubbish but no guidance about where to dispose it. While it is in a very handy neighborhood for travel inside and outside of Tokyo, be aware the two subway stations are about 7-12 minutes walking which can be a limitation for people with reduced mobility in addition to the few stairs before the elevator.

Pros: The location was really good in my opinion. The house owner spoke English and checking-in and checking-out was straightforward. My favourite was the dimming lights feature which gave an extra cozy vibe.

Cons: The bed wasn't fully cleaned properly, there were small fabric bits and human hair on it before we even slept on it.

Overall great stay and very recommendable place!

Pros: The location was excellent for our purposes and the kitchen and washing machine very convenient. The hosts were very responsive and even let us check in earlier than the defined time!

Cons: We were 3 people with 4 suitcases and we had no space to put them and very little space to move around. Maybe one of the 2 double beds can be substituted by a sofa so that there is more space?

Pros: About 15 min walk from two metro stops, grocery stores, and small restaurants.

Pros: 위치가 신주쿠 메인 거리에서 약간 있긴하지만 일단 숙소의 컨디션이 너무 좋아요 이번 여행에서 두개의 숙소를 이용했는데 첫번째와 비슷한 가격대의 숙소라 비슷한 컨디션읠 예상하고 갔지만 숙소 내부가 너무 깔끔하고 난방도 잘되며 화장실도 너무 청결해서 진짜 만족스럽게 여행 즐기다 갑니다

Cons: 아쉬웠던점을 굳이굳이 찾아보자면 위치가 좀 아쉽긴 했는데 이부분도 이정도에 숙소 컨디션이라면 충분히 감수하고 갈만합니다
