Pros: L'emplacement est calme pas de voiture dans la rue. Appartement cosy et fonctionnel. La douche intelligente est munie de chauffage et de sechage! Lit confortable. Prix attractif

Cons: Si je devais trouvé un défaut j'ai trouvé l'eau de la douche pas assez chaude à mon gout. Je deconseille a ceux qui sont à 2 c'est trop petit

Pros: 新しいアパートの一室で綺麗（Ｇｏｏｇｌｅストリートビュー2025年での最新版の2022年映像では空き地になっている場所。隣にメンズサロンと表示されるので不安になるものの、大丈夫でした） 新宿ここから広場の近くなのでタクシーで行先を指示するのが楽でした。 オーナーさんが不安にならないように親切に対応してくださいました。ありがとうございました。

Cons: 郵便受けに謎のゆうパックが入っていて違法取引でもされてるの？と不安になった。 鍵を袋に入れて返却したら「ない」と連絡されたので、鍵だけで返却した方がいいかも。

Very clean building very clean design of the room lovely to stay at and will recommend trying it out.

Pros: It was very clean well and it looked as though it was recently refurbished.

Cons: It was a bit cramped. It took a second to figure out how to set up the bed and also find the WIFI. Not keen on having to throw out the garbage when there is a cleaner coming the next day to do so.

Pros: 位置隱藏在小巷子裡，但熟悉了路程就發現離兩條線交匯的東新宿站，以及大型超市、便利店、餐廳都是幾分鐘距離。房間設施很新，打掃乾淨整潔。房東有問必答，非常貼心。

Cons: 單人房沙發床可以換成單人的節省空間
