Pros: very quite and relaxing neighborhood, close to many cheap restaurants (sukiya, etc). maybe a lil walk to get there from public transportation but since it was so quiet you’ll enjoy the walk. they also provide high quailty shampoo and conditioners

Cons: when i was there, they provide a hairdryer but i couldnt use it, either it is broken or i just dont know how to use it… but i dont actually need that anyway

For a single person and short stay it is perfect.

Pros: New and clean building. With everything you need for a short stay.

Cons: At first I didn’t understand that it was a sofa bed, but it wasn’t a problem for me. I had 2 suitcases and I didn’t have enough space to accommodate. So I only assembled half of the sofa bed. I think it would be good to put a shelf to accommodate the suitcases, they still have a space between the window and the bathroom that could be a good option.

Clean, small and functional.

Pros: Nice and clean. It's a quiet area. Easy walking distance to transit.

Cons: It's a little bit of a chore to have to rearrange the room to fold out the futon every time you use it, but it works.

Pros: Logement petit mais confortable suffisamment équipé, instructions claires. Hôte réactif !

Cons: J’ai peut-être mal réalisé la chose, mais le canapé lit était petit pour moi, j’avais les jambes qui pendaient ainsi dans le vide, mais ce n’était pas plus dérangeant que ça pour ma part

Pros: Apartamento pequeño pero con todo lo necesario (aire acondicionado, tv, lavadora, secador de pelo, detergente, etc.) Estaba impecable. Un aspecto a valorar es que el check out es a las 11h. Las indicaciones para llegar y acceder al apartamento han sido perfectas. El personal se preocupó y estuvo atento de que las hubiera recibido. La zona donde se ubica el apartamento es ideal y muy tranquila. El edificio muy bonito y nuevo con supermercados y parada metro bastante cerca. No estuve más días porqué estaba reservado, si no me hubiera quedado algún día más.

Cons: Me gustó todo del sitio, pero si mencionar un aspecto a mejorar y es que la instrucciones de uso, aunque no estan mal, podrían estar algo más detalladas. No hay sábanas pero si hay almohadas, edredón y toallas.

Pros: 위치가 신주쿠구에 도보로 5~10분정도에 히가시신주쿠역과, 10~15분 거리에 야마노테선 신 오쿠보역이 있는 역세권입니다!! 거기에 소파배드이지만 전혀 불편하지 않았고, 기본적인 조리가 가능한 주방시설과 냉장고, 비데기능의 화장실, 수건및 드라이기, 액상비누와 충분한 샤워실이 갖추어져 있습니다. 몰론 에어컨과 TV도 있어 혼자 생활하기에 전혀 불편하지 않은 시설을 갖추고 있습니다. 그냥 원룸하나 빌린다고 생각하시면 될거같아요ㅋㅋ 5박에 35만원, 이정도의 시설과 지하철 역 위치이면 저는 안갈 이유가 없다고 봅니다. 추후에 제가 또 혼자 방문하게 된다면 저는 이곳을 택할거같습니다.
