Amazing central location in Shinjuku, hard to beat for price
Pros: Very good location just north of the popular areas of Shinjuku, and really quite quiet in spite of the train lines nearby. Has all the basic requirements for a simple apartment, though it is a bit on the cramped side. Still, if location is everything, you're travelling fairly light and you don't mind a basic furnished apartment, then this is definitely a recommendation for the price!
Cons: It's definitely a bit cramped inside with fairly simple amenities, though not much you can do about that given the actual size of the apartment.

It's not perfect, but overall, I really, really enjoyed my stay here and would stay again.
Pros: This is an amazing location for anyone looking to visit Shinjuku and Shibuya. It is close to the Shin-Okubo station and the northwestern part of the Kabukicho area. It was relatively easy to find, the apartment was very clean and well stocked with amenities including soaps, shampoo, body wash, tissues, toilet paper. There is a fridge, microwave, hob, and sink. Everything you could need for a short stay. There were no facilities I could have needed that were not provided. The bedding is very comfortable. The host provides laundry facilities; however I ended up using the small launderette just a short walk (2 minutes) up the road.
Cons: The area outside the door of the apartment felt unclean, there were many flies buzzing around and a lot of garbage bags had been stacked up. the two beds on the upper part of the apartment have no mattress, so sleeping up here was not really an option for me, even though I would have liked to, for the novelty. The location is amazing for tourists, however, it is between two train lines. Don't plan on sleeping before the trains stop for the night. One night there was very heavy rain, and from what I could hear, there was a scratching noise in/around the pipework beneath the sink. The area is sealed, so there was no chance of a rodent getting in to the apartment, but it was unsettling nonetheless for that night.

Great value for money stay
Pros: Location was exactly what we were looking for, walkable distance to Shinjuku. Great value for money. Host was very responsive and informative for an easy check-in and key collection. Shower pressure was great.

Small and cozy would recommend unless you are very tall!!
Pros: Very well located! Amenities were all functional and well stocked! Getting the keys was very easy and host communicated well! Washing machine was a lifesaver!
Cons: It is a bit noisy at night and there really is not much room especially with the beds downstairs and our 2 suitcases however i am pretty tall so this is personal experience! It is wonderful for a couple or 1-3 friends who are trying to have a great spot for a couple days in Tokyo Very well located!

Sympathique d’être si près du centre de Shinjuku. On est comme che soi dans cet appartement et on peut tout faire à pied
Pros: La proximité avec l’animation de Shinjuku et malgré tout tranquille à l’intérieur.
Cons: La difficulté à trouver l’endroit: le propriétaire avait oublié de nous envoyer les détails avant notre arrivée et cela a causé une confusion importante, car en écrivant le nom de l’appartement Google Maps nous a conduits à l’hôtel Hawaï.

It was awesome, can’t recommend it enough. If I go back to Tokyo I’ll be staying there again for sure.
Pros: The location was perfect, close to everything but it’s also a quiet and peaceful escape from the chaos of shinjuku. It was well stocked with everything we needed and more.
Cons: Nothing, it was all solid and a great deal. No complaints at all.

Top en toute simplicité
Pros: Emplacement idéal rue très tranquille et calme voisin très respectueux proche de la gare Shin Okubo Jr proche de toutes commodité et restaurants s’était vraiment cool le Check in très simple le propriétaire lus avait toutes les informations nécessaires pour y accéder facilement merci encore en ce qui concerne le Logement une demeure typiquement japonaise s’était vraiment top je recommande et compte y retourner
Cons: Séjour très court ( 1 semaine ) lol
