신주쿠 주변의 여러명이 이용하기에 최적화된 숙소. 강력추천합니다.

Pros: 대부분 모든점에서 매우 만족스럽습니다. 1. 위치 : 신오쿠보역에서 가깝고 신오쿠 거리안에 위치하여 길 바로 건너편에 신주쿠, 가부키초가 있어 매우 좋습니다. 2. 구조 : 주택의 2층에 위치하고 있으며(1층은 다른 사람들이 살고 있습니다.) 2층에 방 3개 더블 침대 1개씩, 거실에 침실 1개씩, 예비 침구 1개, 3층에 옥탑방(침대 4개, 빈백 2개) 있어 많은 사람들이 숙박할 수 있습니다. 3. 친절 : 호스트는 바로 응대가 가능하며, 영어로 소통이 가능합니다. 4. 편의 : TV, 전자렌지, 다량의 수저, 그릇, 수건 및 6인용 식탁과 여러개의 의자가 비치되어 있습니다. - 총평 : 여러명이 신주쿠나 신오쿠보 혹은 야마노테선의 관광지(시부야, 하라주쿠 등)를 이용할 경우 이보다 좋은 선택지는 없을것 같습니다.

Cons: 이미 알고 있었지만 미리 인지하셔야 될 부분이 있습니다. 1. 소음 : 바로 옆 지상으로 다니는 철도로 인한 소음과 진동이 있습니다. 추가로 1층에 한국식 술집이 있고 신주쿠 바로 옆이라 새벽까지 음악소리와 앰뷸런스, 경찰차 소리가 발생합니다. 2. 2층으로 올라가는 계단이 가파릅니다. 짐 이동시 불편함이 있을 수 있으며, 나이드신 분들께는 적합하지 않을 수 있습니다. 3. 3층 옥탑방 계단 주변에 난간이 없어 아이들에게 주의가 필요합니다.
