It was great value for money and suited out needs.

Pros: It was in a great location, but away from the busyness of the main streets and noise. It was very roomy for Japan, it also had a kitchen.

Cons: The bathroom was a little hard to navigate, maybe some hooks to hang clothes, towels etc would be helpful.

Great apartment in a fantastic area of Tokyo

Pros: Very roomy with a nice view of Shinjuku. Clean apartment with all the basics in place. Owner was lovely to deal with and very prompt in answering all your questions.

Cons: Aircon had a mind of its own. Did what you wanted in its own time.

We loved this as our first experience in Japan and wanting more than just a hotel room.

Pros: This apartment location was fantastic. We could use Shin-Okubo or Shinjuku stations easily. So many food options nearby. Space for our family of 4 (two teenagers). Laundromat with dryer very close by (we used apartment washing machine). Having separate toilet to the shower was good. Loved walking to Kabukicho for the batting cages and exploring Korean area of Okubo. Could open up the curtains and view Okubo hospital, Kabukicho tower and down to Shinjuku.

Cons: Water pressure in sink was low - but the shower was just like a water saving pressure in Australia. More than enough to shower.

Pros: Well-equipped and clean apartments with a nice view on the city. Comfortable beds and basically all you need to spend a couple of days in the city.

Cons: This is not related to the apartments themselves, but the area can be extremely nosy during the night hours, keep this in mind. Walls are thin, and there is no proper door to the toilet area (not an issue, but can limit your privacy). Hair dryer didn't work properly.

Very nice location

Pros: The location is so convenient. Very near Shinjuku downtown area and very close to restaurants. Train stations are also nearby so commuting is not a problem. A 24-hour Donki is also just across the street. The host is also very accommodating in answering questions even though our flight arrived very late.

Pros: 最近的JR是新大久保站，位於韓國城很多韓式料理，對面就是東西很豐富的唐吉軻德。地理位置算很好，地標哥吉拉走路10分鐘內到。整體房間算乾淨配備很好，只有浴室水比較小，附近有個萬年澡堂去體驗澡堂文化所以這趟沒有被困擾到。附近很熱鬧，晚上雖沒有人聲吵雜但救護等警聲比較多，但是是鬧區沒辦法，要習慣一下。

Confortable para descansar.

Pros: Bien situado cerca del barrio coreano para cenar está muy bien, tiene un Don Quijote 24 horas a cinco minutos. El apartamento es suficiente para dormir con colchones cómodos y aire acondicionado silencioso.

Cons: Puerta de la cocina estropeada.

Bon séjour

Pros: Appartement grand et très bien placé dans le quartier coréen, proche des transport en comment. Une machine a laver sur le balcon est un plus. Séjour agréable et information du loueur complète

Cons: Besoin de quelques réparations, porte de cuisine cassée, pas de verre et balcon pas très propre. Lit inconfortable pour nous car trop dur.
