Great base for work and exploring the city, spacious, clean, tasteful, functional.

Pros: Great location, very strategic starting point and a great base. Generous apartment for Tokyo. We needed the shared living room to organise and work occasionally, and the place was perfect for what we needed.

Cons: There wasn't much floor space for exercise, and access to the balcony was tricky, but I was very happy the balcony was there. I like to step out first thing in the morning.

Pros: Comfortable beds and good living area with plenty of space for dining. Good air conditioning. In a nice location close to restaurants and convenience stores.

Cons: With our suitcases it was a little cramped in some bedrooms but only a minor point.

Pros: The location is excellent! There are many restaurants, supermarkets, and a subway station right outside. It’s only a 5-minute walk to Tsutaya Bookstore.

Cons: It would be even better if the towels were white.

Perfect for Families

Pros: I highly recommend this property for families traveling to Tokyo. Not only do you get a much larger space than traditional hotels; you'll also be able to get your own rooms rather than lumping 3 beds into 1 room like other Tokyo hotels. Facilities are great - a full functioning kitchen to prep meals for the little ones Kids-friendly - the host has gone out of their way to make sure we have cribs, bathtubs for little ones Location - I cannot highlight how awesome this neighborhood was for families. You are close enough to all major attractions. There are parks and playgrounds near by for kids to play with in the morning. There are plenty of food and supermarket all within 5 mins walk.

Excellent stay with great restaurants around the area. Close to subway 

Pros: We loved the location and having room for a traveling family. It was nice to be able to bring back food and have breakfast in the room as everything in Japan opens a little later in the morning.
