优缺点都挺明显。优点还是更多一些。

Pros: 就在两条地铁站的旁边，公共交通非常便利，走去六本木也只要十分钟左右。周边的使馆很多，感觉很安全。楼下有便利店，对于一下小件采购很方便。还有不少餐厅。

Cons: 房屋的门框太低了，要碰头，稍不注意就撞脑袋，有时真的撞得晕头转向。超过1.78m的人都不建议住。感觉是霍比特人的小屋了。另外没有提供浴巾，只能外购。

Pros: The apartment is perfectly located in Azabu-Juban, just a short walk from the train station and close to many popular tourist spots. It was also spotless and very well-maintained!

Cons: I stayed here with my family of five. For the price we paid, it was pretty good, but one person had to sleep on the sofa/futon, so I think it’s more comfortable for four people. We also had more than four suitcases, so we had to take turns opening our luggage due to the limited space. But overall, it wasn’t a big issue and the stay was still enjoyable.

Pros: 駅からも近く、周りにドラッグストア、コンビニ、飲食店、ファストフード店、パン屋さんなど色々あったので、とても便利でした。家電も問題なく使えました。長期滞在なので洗濯機を使用するため、ハンガーの有無を問い合わせましたが、すぐに返信して頂きました(無いとの返答でしたが、私が宿泊した部屋には沢山ありました)。

Cons: 年数がたっているのか、写真よりは多少の古さは感じましたが、問題なかったです。

非常棒

Pros: 性价比很高，地段也很高，就在六本木，麻布十番站5号口出来走200米就到。设施比较新，有时还有免费的Netflix看，好评

Cons: 无需改进

Pros: the location was great; close to food, shopping and subway; easy access to everything; very close to Tokyo Tower

Pros: 駅は近いし、麻布十番商店街や六本木も近くてロケーションが最高です。宿泊施設には生活用品が揃っているので､困ることがなく､とても快適に過ごすことができました｡

Cons: ベランダに出るドア(窓)が固くて開けることができなかったので、換気をすることと、ゴミをベランダに出すことができなかったこと。
