Great stay! Would recommend.

Pros: Extremely welll located, with 3 supermarkets and a station just downstairs. The property is small and basic but it does the job if you plan to be out and about exploring all day. It was reasonably clean and well maintained. Felt safe and secure and the access into central tokyo was great. Some lovely restaurants and patisseries within 5 mins walking distance and the host gave a full, detailed booklet with all necessary information and instructions, including restaurant recommendations

Cons: Poor quality heater, noisy and lots of police sirens at night but if you’re prepared, it’s not too bad. Can’t run the washer dryer at night as it’s noisy.

Ideal for a family or couple

Pros: No breakfast supplied but fully equipped kitchen and Family Mart very close. Location opposite the train station was convenient. Walking distance to Tokyo Tower and Nezu museum and garden.

Pros: Well thought out in providing all home amenities to make a comfortable family stay

It was a very satisfactory accommodation, I would stay again for a longer stay rather than just a night.

Pros: It was complete with furnishings, plates & pots for cooking, washing machine/dryer, toiletries & towels/beddings. They provided us with a manual of their favourite restaurants and places to see around the neighbourhood which was very helpful. It was nice that we got to drop off our luggage first so that we could go sightseeing.

Cons: The check-in instructions wasn’t provided until the day off and I had to ask for it. Though we can drop off our luggage, we were caught off-guard by the extra luggage and shoe in our room. It seems that prior guests could leave their luggages at an extra cost after check-out but it just didn’t feel safe with our luggages in our room with theirs as we didn’t know if they were just going to pick it up later (they never came to pick it up). The house looked & felt generally clean but it was a bit dusty as I couldn’t stop sneezing from the dust, just to note for people who has allergies.

Pros: Clean accommodation with all necessary items. Suitable for family stays. The host provides good advice and care.

Cons: Everything is good, nothing to be disappointed about.

It was a short but a good stay in Tokyo.

Pros: I left something in the property and luckily the host is very active and he told me that he will ship my item on my next destination.

It was a fun and very convenient for our family.

Pros: It was very easy to find the property and have an easy access to stations.

Our stay was nice.

Pros: We had a great stay on this property. The place is near to convenience stores. Fast food is nearby. There is also a ramen restaurant a few steps away. 2 subway line is just 5 mins walk from the apartment. Plus points also for the elevator 😊
