Nice Japanese style accommodation

Pros: Location was good and had everything we wanted. We didn’t cook much so there were enough pans and things.

Cons: Too much furniture to be useful. One table would have been enough. Four adults were on top of each other

Pros: Location close to subway. Very clean, great kitchen and fridge.

Cons: Too much furniture in the room made it seem smaller than it was.

Amazing stay and well worth the money!

Pros: The property was pretty big as far as they go in Japan. The property was also immaculate it was almost like everything was brand new. The property could sleep 6 people easily. The host left us local snacks which was a lovely addition. They also provided us with a manual which was helpful on directions to the place from both airports, manuals for how to use things in the house and everything else you’d need. It’s in a quiet area but a 5 min walk to the subway!

Cons: There was nothing I didn’t like! The only suggestion is an update on the direction from the subway to the apartment.

Comfortable short stay

Pros: The place was close to the station as advertised, with a 5-8 mins walk depending on which station you chose to go. It is in a quite neighborhood, with a coin laundry and an onsen near by. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. We had all the pans and utensils that we needed for the stay. It has a nice projector which was fun.

Cons: The room sizes were smaller than expected, and I felt there was one table too many. The flat is on the ground floor right next to the road, so its difficult to keep the windows open. There is a single A/C for the whole flat, which was okay for us, but might get challenging when the summer heats up.

Compact but had everything we needed

Pros: We really enjoyed our stay. The place is in a quiet neighborhood close to the subway and had everything we needed. The shower and washer/dryer were especially convenient. The space felt a bit tight, but it was functional and made daily living easy. Overall, a great stay.

Cons: Fue un poco complicado encontrar porque había que entrar dentro del edificio y no había carteles fuera.

Everything needed for a week in Tokyo

Pros: The property was very clean and quiet. There were plenty of nice towels. It included everything we needed for a week stay - cooking utensils, plates, cups, silverware, etc. All of the equipment worked well - the washing machine/dryer combo was nice, and the TV was enjoyed by all. The instructions we received were helpful. We felt safe in the neighborhood. It is a very quiet, but well traveled area. There were always 5-10 people walking and biking when we were out, mostly business men and families. It’s not a touristy area. There is a nice grocery store, pharmacy, and several convenience stores within walking distance, so we could easily get what we needed. We used trains exclusively and found the nearby Nishi-Shinjuku-Gochome station easy to navigate, not too busy.
