Property is small, but for a short stay it was a perfect!

Pros: Location was central, close to subway to central areas and local convenience stores. Also plenty of local and western food options close for families. Property is small with three single beds (and pull out couch), so perfect for solo travellers, couple or small family - if you need a home base with kitchen and laundry facilities.

Comfortable, unforgettable and beautiful

Pros: I loved the location, it was a short 5 minute walk from the metro station. The neighboorhood was the absolute best. It had so many stores, local places etc. we could spend the whole day just exploring it. The streets even, were so pretty. You really had a lot to do there. The property itself was also just like on the pictures. We were so happy each day to able to stay there; it was spacious, clean, beautiful,... Also the view from the balcony!!! To die for, especially at night. It is still my wallpaper! The host was also super helpful and kind when i mailed her. So thank you for making our trip even better! Would recommend and would stay again!

Pros: Rooms were exactly as described clean, location to the station was great and close by to eateries. The welcome guide provides instructions for every appliance.

Cons: Nothing really the stairs case was extremely narrow but we knew that going in..

Worth the value and great location

Pros: Location very near subway station and many mini market around.

Cons: Staircase can be challenging to get the big luggage to 2nd and 3 rd floor.

Very comfortable and close to facilities.

Pros: Location was excellent and very quiet, rooms were tidy and there was plenty of space.

Cons: The stair treads were quite small and it would have been nice if there was an outside table and chairs on the balcony. Maybe some flowers or greenery.

Lovely stay, comfortable and clean

Pros: Well located and easy to get to. Not far from nearest train station. Accomodation met all our needs and was exceptionally presented. Quiet location with plenty of eating options close by

Cons: It was a bit tight for a family of 5 with our five suitcases but it still did the job.

Great location, clean and good amenities.

Pros: Location was great. Close to the station, convenience stores and restaurants. Close to the tourist destinations but still in a quiet residential area so it wasn't noisy. Door code was easy to use and had the amenities we needed.

Cons: No negatives it was as advertised.

it was a pleasant stay in the apartment. Train station is very close, like 5 mins.

Pros: the location is great. 5 mins to train station, there is a family mart nearby and a very good sushi conveyor restaurant 15 mins from the apartment. Overall stay was very good.

Cons: i wish there is a toilet in the 3rd floor

Clean and neat which is very much appreciated. Good enough for a good night's rest.

Pros: We booked the smaller of the two property which houses four guests maximum. We were very glad that it didn't have stairs as we had four heavy luggages. The place is generally clean and I was satisfied. There were some dusty areas, but negligible. They did change the table in the living room to a bigger oval glass table which is very very much appreciated as the kids and us could have meals there. As Everyone mentioned, the washing machine was good - it was quiet and does the drying well.

Cons: The location of the stay was ok, it's still considered close to Shinjuku. But with two young kids and towards the end of the Holiday, we could do with one less train transfer.

easy access and value for money.

Pros: easy access to every where. spacious. the top floor room is big.

Cons: the bathroom not thoroughly cleaned. the stairs are very steep. however there are doors in every floor for safety.
