Great stay and close to the central and other attractions

Pros: The staffs were extremely friendly and helpful. I got my bed by the door and told them I am noise sensitive, they helped me change to another room which is awesome and quiet. Check-in and check-out process were both smooth. Staffs are fluent in English.

Pros: Besides the below comment, everything else was superb.

Cons: Having only a curtain makes privacy almost nonexistent, I think a better way to close the capsule would be a nice addition.

Great location, great service, excellent infrastructure

Pros: Absolutely everything. Best hostel I’ve stayed at. Super clean and comfortable. They’ve got good amenities and you can take a shower and use the makeup room after checkout if you pay 500yen, which was perfect to me since I had a very late flight.

Cons: Nothing. Everything was perfect!

Place is nice and Clean, this suits for your budget, this is in a very convenient place

Pros: Change rooms, makeup room as well as women and men seperate rooms, very clean every where in the hostel, staff really friendly, tea room clean and really nice.

Cons: Rooms are very hot, something about pillows, they flat and making noice every time when you turn, fans seems to be not working either

Pros: Great place to meet people and if you dont mind sharing space with others. Fanciest hostel you could imagine.

Cons: Nothing apart from a snoring neighbour, but thats not the hostel’s issue.

Pros: I've been staying in hostels for over 7 months and this is easily the best I've ever stayed in. I've never experienced anything like it, everything was so thoughtfully designed, clean, and genuinely incredible. The location is fantastic, the staff are brilliant, I wish I'd stayed longer than 4 nights and if I ever return to Tokyo I know where I'll be staying!

Pros: Attention to detail most conspicuous. Cleaners working hard.

Cons: So quiet at night that dropping a pencil felt criminal. Being able to stand up in your own private nook makes a big difference.

Cosy yet beautiful. Felt safe and secure whilst also experiencing “capsule culture”.

Pros: The property was within walking distance to Sensō-Ji and easy to access if happy walking. Modern yet cultural design which was a great start to our Japan trip. Amenities were out of this world. We didn’t need to pack anything bar clothes.

Cons: Bedroom fan was very weak meaning even on high it was very warm. Better air conditioning would be great for future stays.
