Comfortable, spacious, and a good value option as a base for a Tokyo trip

Pros: 3 of us stayed. Large space for Tokyo, comfortable and clean. Not exactly close to central Tokyo but the station (Akabane) is well connected to many great lines. Akabane is also a cool area with lots going on. Love the size of the balcony.

Cons: Nothing bad to say :)

ゆっくり滞在できます

Pros: 部屋が綺麗で明るい部屋です。冷蔵庫やレンジの他、ホットコーヒーや紅茶、食器などが用意してありました。タオルやアメニティもちゃんとあって、荷物が少なくて助かりました。ベランダが広くテーブルもあり、喫煙者はゆっくりくつろげました。

Cons: 4人泊まったので、夜のトイレへの移動が狭くて大変でした。また、近すぎてトイレの音が気になりました。

Very good experience

Pros: The host is amazing and very responsive! The location was also great, about 12-15 minute walk from the Akabane station. Lots of convenience store and restaurants around. Very quiet residential neighborhood, a good escape from busy Tokyo. Very clean, tidy apartment. Ample space for a group of three and we felt very comfortable (by Tokyo’s standards). Has all the amenities (washing machine, stove, wifi, cloth hanger, kettle, etc.)

Cons: Nothing to note, very good experience.
