Pros: Reina our host helped us before and throughout our time in Tokyo. We really want to thank Reina for all the extra support we had and enjoyed our stay in the lovely unit with everything we needed.

Pros: We stayed here as a family and found it very comfortable. The apartment was clean and bright, with plenty of space. There was also a tatami room, which gave us a nice traditional Japanese atmosphere. The apartment was well-equipped with essentials such as a refrigerator, microwave, and dishes. The Wi-Fi was stable and convenient. The nights were quiet, allowing us to sleep well. The location is great, with a shopping street nearby for easy access to groceries and dining. It was easy to reach major sightseeing spots like Shibuya, Shinjuku, Ikebukuro, and Ueno, and Disneyland was also easily accessible. Additionally, the food and drinks around Akabane Station were delicious, making our family trip very enjoyable. The host was very kind and responsive, which made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. We would definitely like to stay here again.

Pros: The property is just enough for us group of 6. The beds were very comfortable and it has everything we need. The neighbourhood is quiet and very close to the shops and local stores.

Cons: It will take around 13 minutes walk to Akabane Station, but we don’t mind a bit of a distance. It was a pleasant to see the locals and the beauty of the surroundings. In all honesty, 13 minutes walk is not far at all.

Peacull, warm and pleasent - just like entire Japan

Pros: This two (not three) badroom apartmenet is very, very comortble. It was very cold night when we get there, but the heating was woking so well, they was so many extra blankets that we did warm up quickly. There was also the very best kitchen equipment that I have ever seen in any place for short rental and I loved it! Beds was so comfortable that I could spend all day long there. And off course - ewerything was very, very clean. Neigberhood was also calm, and relaxing. They are stoor around, the communication with the city center is very good. They are serveral playground within a 10-15 minutes walk distance. Host was also great, in the last moment due to sickness we could extend our stay, communication was good. I would definitly recommende this place for the familys traveling to Tokyo.

Cons: Check in gave us much of a trouble, as we couldnt fint the place. It is on the second floor of the building and it wasnt clear for as so we spend like 30 minutes in rain trying to figure out where it is. Beside that exerything was perfect.

What a cozy little place! We loved it!

Pros: This apartment was only blocks away from my sons place, the train station, and shopping. The location was perfect! The place was clean and cozy! Lots of space! The hostess was so kind and let us check in early and check out late to accommodate our travel plans. We will definitely use this for all of our future plans to visit our son!

Ottima soluzione per visitare Tokyo con famiglia

Pros: L'appartamento è grande per gli standard giapponesi, ci sono due camere da letto separate, una delle quali attrezzata con tatami e futon, entrambe le camere hanno il condizionatore (essenziale ad agosto). Soffitto un po' basso (sono alto 1.89 e ho spesso urtato la testa passando dalle porte) ma in Giappone è normale. Attrezzature complete, con dotazione anche di detersivi per i piatti e per la lavatrice. Pulito e confortevole. In dotazione ombrelli per pioggia che ci sono stati molto utili in un paio di giornate. La posizione è un po' periferica, ma la metro (linea Namboku, fermata Shimo) è a 300 mt e con massimo un cambio di linea si può arrivare dovunque a Tokyo (consiglio il pass metro, circa 9 euro per 72 ore, da acquistare prima di arrivare in Giappone). Zona residenziale, assolutamente tranquilla, naturalmente ricca di kombini (SevenEleven e Lawson) essenziali per acqua e cibarie.

Cons: Niente di particolare. Unico neo, entrando nell'appartamento abbiamo trovato a disposizione tanti piccoli asciugamani ma solo due grandi (noi eravamo 4). Ho scritto al proprietario via booking.com, ma ho avuto risposta solo negli ultimi giorni del soggiorno (il proprietario ha parlato di un problema di booking.com), per scoprire che nell'armadio c'erano diversi asciugamani a disposizione e che potevo usare. Niente di grave naturalmente.

Pros: Definitely loved how quiet the neighborhood was. The rooms itself are very comfortable and big. For 7 days in Tokyo, it's definitely worth it, especially since the station is pretty close.

Cons: Đi bộ khoảng 1km để đến nhà ga trạm tàu. Nhưng với tôi điều đó là bình thường, chủ nhà nên gắn thêm số nhà ở trc tầng lầu để dễ tìm kiếm.

Pros: La facilité pour trouver le logement. Le quartier. L'équipement du logement : kitchenette, machine à laver, aspirateur etc... Les lits confortables. Le contact facile avec la propriétaire.

Cons: Les futons car nous n'avons pas l'habitude de dormir dessus. J'avais compris 3 chambres dans l'annonce mais il n'y en a que 2, ce n'était pas très grave pour nous.

Pros: The host was very helpful answering my questions so quickly It was very smooth check in. I feel like home Very clean, spacious.the area is very safe and a lot of good restaurants.

Cons: It is 15 min from akabane station. 7 min from Shimo subway station, which is a suburb from downtown tokyo. It is still worth it.
