A wonderful stay

Pros: A fantastic apartment. The room was very clean and cozy and equipped with our daily-use items. There are many food shops, FamilyMart and Lawson nearby. Not far from JR Akabane station, about a 10-minute walk which passes a shopping street that offers almost everything need for daily life. The host was very helpful and easy to communicate with.

A very pleasant stay!

Pros: The apartment was well appointed with everything you need. 2 separate bedrooms were practical, especially because we were travelling with our older son, so he had his own space. The washing machine was practical to do some laundry too. The owner was friendly in his messages and communication and very attentive. We also liked the local feel of Akabane.

Cons: The pillows on the bed in the tatami room were very flat and uncomfortable, so could do with being changed.

Great place to stay

Pros: Spacious apartment. The washing machine and air conditioner were lifesavers during the hot Tokyo summer. The landlord was very helpful in every way, and he even provided us with drinking water due to the high temperatures. The apartment is within walking distance of Akabane and Shimo stations. And just around the corner, you've got supermarkets, restaurants, and shops, all reachable in a few minutes on foot. We felt very comfortable here. We would book this apartment again in a heartbeat.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here!

Pros: Nice to have two separate bedrooms. Very well appointed with everything that we needed. Not far from Akabane station from where we had good access to other stations. Also very close to a supermarket and bakery!

Cons: Of course it’s not right next to major attractions. But we enjoyed feeling like we were staying in an area that wasn’t touristy, despite it being a bit further out.

Perfect and warm accomodation

Pros: The human quality of the landlords, who were always attentive and concerned about any need we might have. Additionally, the location and all the services available around the house, along with excellent public transport connections, made the accommodation extremely pleasant and comfortable.

Cons: Although this is truly a 10 out of 10 accommodation, as a small suggestion, it might be helpful to have a slightly brighter lightbulb in the entrance area where shoes are left, and perhaps a set of drawers in the tatami room, similar to the one available in the other bedroom.

Cozy apartment for a comfortable stay

Pros: A very cozy and spotless clean apartment equipped with everything that you need for a medium-long stay for a family or group. Bedrooms are separated from the main room-studio, so give privacy to everyone. Kitchen with everything for proper cooking. Very attentive and responsive host provided us with all the information and help before and during our stay. Complimentary sweets were a pleasant addition to the high hospitality level. Very quiet area, convenience shops, railway station and shopping street are all in walking distance.

Cons: Location is a bit far from the touristic places of interest.
