Great place to start our first trip

Pros: Location was great. One stop to Asakusa. Really cool shops within a short walk. Family Mart at bottom of lifts.

Very practical hotel in Kuramae area

Pros: Travellers services are really good. Scale for suitcases. Good locker system for the luggages. Double rooms are big enough.

Cons: The automated check-in did not work well.

Pros: We loved the location, the price and the elevator that takes you down straight into kombini - IYKYK

Pros: The rooms were very clean. The breakfasts were great, a good selection. Easy to check in and out.

Cons: Didn't really see the staff so cant comment on them. Not enough dinner options. No wardrobes to put clothes away, we were there for a week and had to have suitcases on the floor to access clothes.

Pros: Amenities, cleanliness, friendly and helpful staff

Pros: The location is amazing, you have near by restaurants and train and subway are walking distance very close, you have local bakery near by, we brought fresh breakfast everyday, it’s called Yamazaki, also you have all convenience stores near by, also around corner we brought fresh strawberries that tasted so good from cute local fruit and vegetables store, I highly recommend this hotel 100% due its convenient location. Big reason for us to come back. The check in was at 3 pm but you are allowed to drop your baggage if you come early or if your flight is later in the day, check out 11 am. Also you barely see any staff, so you feel so comfortable when coming in and out of the hotel. The room was clean, little small from what we are used to, but we barely were in it so it didn’t matter. From the rooftop you have view of Tokyo skytree. You have familymart store right the building with table and chairs, so you can grab a bite there.

Good for people who use the hotel as a resting place/stop before going back out to explore the city

Pros: The lg styler/dryer in the room. Family mart on the first floor.

Cons: Nothing. Every things seem to be in order

Pros: I like everything about room and this hotel. Very happy with LG Styler in my room. Everything excellent.

Pros: Loved the location. It was very close to Asakusa so it was very convenient. The staff was very helpful when we needed them to help us. The room was clean and was made well daily.

Cons: The bed was too hard
