Pros: Location, the amenities were great, accessibility.

Cons: It is pretty close to a fire station so if you have trouble sleeping due to fire truck alarms, that may be an issue.

Good location, hard to find, close to shops, basic apartment.

Pros: Location was close to railway station, did have a difficult time finding it down the lane way. Apartment was small yet functional, washing machine was handy, small, kitchen had basics. Close to convenience store. Basic apartment however clean.

Cons: We found entry instructions on first day weren’t easy, bed is very small and coverings inadequate, noisy at night with sirens (there is a hospital nearby).

Pros: Place was comfy and cozy. All the appliances were easy to use. Very close to the public transport spots.

Cons: Sounds around the night time (sirens, cars, heavy vehicles) are louder.

Convenient location and has all facilities

Pros: Small but had everything we needed plus more including a hob, microwave, grill, washing machine, bath tub. Great location with Yotsuya Sanchome station just around the corner. Plenty of eateries and not far from a supermarket.

Cons: The toilet was tiny. It's fortunate my friend and I aren't large people!

Pros: Fully equipped kitchen and in suite laundry were amazing. Very quiet building as well. Check in process was also totally fine, you just need to follow the instructions. It wasn't complicated.

Cons: The bed was definitely very small for two people. We managed but didn't have a good sleep during our stay.

Good after a messy start.

Pros: Clean small apartment. Very convenient for transport. Metro, bus stops, shops and food stalls are close to the flat. Once you get the knack to get the entry it is easy.

Cons: No one answers the telephone number given. Taxi driver tried to call to find the place but no answer. We had to go around and ask the neighbours to find the place. Taxi ride was ¥500 but by the time we found the place we had to pay ¥1000! Moment we finished check in, the tablet stopped to respond. No directions to the flat after entering the building. After going around and around and found the flat, door entry system was a mess. Ultimately we had to ask a stranger how to do it and was worried all the time as someone knew the number to get in to our flat!!

Pros: It was independent and the check in was available late. Tiny flat but had everything I needed. Very good location.

Cons: I used the washer-dryer and for some reason it took forever to dry a very small load. But it was only a small inconvenience.
