Casa Tokyo -Arakicho-

Excellent Location

Pros: Excellent location just a few steps from the subway. The apartment was à good size with a sliding door between the bedroom and living room. Apartment had all that you needed and a confortable size for 3 adults.

Cons: Unfortunately we stayed on à weekend and the noise from the street was an issue for an hour or two at bed time (22h - 23h, bar & restaurant in front of the apartment). Not an issue for the son sleeping in the main room, or after 23h.

Must stay option in Shinjuku

Pros: The place is located in the cute little side alley with amazing bars and everything in walking distance. The apartment is spacious and well stocked. They have thought of every need of a traveller

Cons: The configuration of the apartment can fell odd to a foreigner but it is still great and amazing by Tokyo housing standards

It is a roomy and well organized unit, close to restaurants, convenience stores, and train station.

Pros: Great location, close to restaurants, mini-marts, and train station. Fairly roomy unit with enough beds to easily accommodate 4 or more people. Has all essential amenities. Washer worked well. A/C worked very well.

Cons: Basin and toilet were in separate parts of unit.

Comfortable place to stay. Hosts are very accommodating.

Pros: The host was extremely helpful when I asked if I could extend the booking by a few days. Accessing the room was very easy with the code lockbox. The room was very clean on arrival. WiFi was fast and reliable. Location was very convenient, close to lots of bars & the Tokyo metro. Far enough away from the main road to not hear traffic.

Cons: We were unable to get the projector working. The washer dryer combo was convenient however the drying functionally wasn’t very good, & there isn’t anywhere to hang up wet clothes. Considering the room can accommodate 4+ people it would be nice if there was a second set of keys.

Convenient for adult family of 4. Station 3 mins away. Great neighbourhood.

Pros: Location Neighbourhood was full of delicious little restaurants and friendly bars. Apartment was clean and had all we needed to be comfortable. Spacious for Japanese accommodation.

Cons: The wifi, definitely. It had a problem with charging and even though the host switched it, it was on the slow side. Nothing else

Pros: I loved the convenience and closeness to train station. Lots of places to eat and drink nearby. Loved the layout inside: when you enter, there’s a space for all the footwear. You climb to the 1st floor and that’s where the 1st bedroom with one double bed is. Climb to the 2nd floor and you have one more room on the left with double bed and to the right is the living area with galley kitchen, and hallway with bathroom, shower, and sink and at the very end of the hallway is the 3rd bedroom with two double beds. Spacious for the area! the shower was amazingly spacious and relaxing. Beds were comfy. Will stay here again.

Cons: Just the lack of a large trash can; and the trash/recycle process in Japan in general. Nothing to do with the property but there aren’t many trash cans in the public so you have to carry your trash around with you and bring it back home. The trash cans the property provides are small so you constantly have to take the trash out to the bin outside. But that’s about it. Everything else was awesome.

Gutes Appartement in belebtem Viertel

Pros: Im Vergleich zu den normalen Hotelzimmern in Tokyo, hat man hier viel mehr Platz zum selben Preis.

Cons: War alles ok

Pros: Gute Lage, großzügige Aufteilung, alles da, was man braucht

Pros: Отдельная квартира на втором этаже с отдельным входом. Много места. Есть все необходимое. Большой стол. Замечательное расположение.
