Pros: The location is fantastic — only a 4-minute walk to the train station! There are plenty of restaurants and a supermarket just downstairs, which is super convenient. The room is clean, spacious, and has two double beds, perfect for a family stay. I’d definitely choose to stay here again when I come back to Tokyo!

Cons: There’s a karaoke place nearby, so it can be a bit noisy at night sometimes, but overall it’s still a great place to stay.

Pros: The location is great. From the room it takes only a couple of minutes to get to akasaka mitsuke station or one of several convenience stores, and there are plenty of restaurants in the area. The room was clean and very comfortable for our group of 3 people.

Cons: There is a lit up exit sign that cannot be turned off which may bother some people when trying to sleep.
