Pros: The location is just perfect! Close to all major connections and lines to Shinjuku and Ginza. Lovely district with lots of restaurants and bars. Huge (!) flat! For Japan its rare. We stayed with 3 people and it was super comfortable.

Pros: Highly recommend this accommodation. Good, quiet location. Easy to get around Tokyo. Perfect for families! Two bedrooms with large beds, and the accommodation is spacious and clean! The host was easy to communicate with and very friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

Pros: Great location, close to train station, convenience shops and eateries. Check in and checkout smooth, no fuss. Very clean and tidy

Cons: Got 2 double beds instead of 1 double and 1 twin beds as advertised. The second room felt like cramped/ too small

Pros: The room was very spacious, had everything you need! Very nice shower and very clean. I stayed for one night but I would definitely go back. The instructions were very clear on how to check in and the people very responsive on my messages :)
