Satisfied.

Pros: Location - nice and cozy place to stay, easy transportation (train & taxi), nearby supermarket and convenience store and lots of restaurants especially for non-muslims.

Cons: Not properly cleaned - when i just arrived, the aircond is dusty, the top of the microwave oven is dusty & there’s here and there hair and dust on the floor.

Great appartment in an awesome location.

Pros: Neat, clean and cosy little apartment. We are a family of 4 and could just fit in. (My 11-year-old decided to sleep in the closet for fun, which helped!) :-) Great location! The large bed was comfortable, and the bathroom, washing machine, kitchen etc were all fine. I would stay here again.

Cons: Getting the key card was a bit of a hassle, but it's no issue if you follow the instructions. Futons were HARD! We had no hot water upon arrival. We messaged through Booking.com, and they replied promptly. A technician was sent out in the morning and just hit the reset button externally to the apartment.

Pros: Excellent location, clean tidy apartment with good facilities.

Cons: Living area very cosy for four people and a challenge to fit futons ion floor but we were out most of the time so left the futons out during the day.

A great stay in the heart of tokyo

Pros: The flat is very well devided so it was a great spce for us. The location is excellent! Loads of places around with both metro and train staions in waking distance which made it very easy to move.

Perfect location, very calm, any kind of food and shopping close and if you read the check-in instruction, have the room

Pros: The location is brilliant, 5 different Metros in 3 close different stations around..!

Cons: For two couples, a couple with two kids or three adults maximum due to small bed/tatamis

Comfortable, great location and good size space

Pros: Good size, comfortable, great location. Had facilities to wash clothes which was good. Washing machine was all in Japanese which is a bit of a challenge to work out but got it working.

Cons: The entry process to the apartment was very challenging. It was similar to an experience from the escape room. Took us half an hour to get into the room to work out the whole process of getting into the building, getting into the lift, and opening the front door as there was no one there to speak to or anyone to help us. Trying to reach out to staff for assistance also wasn’t possible.. Quite a frustrating and lengthy process.

Great location, clean room, and easy access to explore Tokyo

Pros: We really enjoyed our stay at Creazione Akasaka. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect—central yet quiet—which made it easy to walk around and explore the city every day. We especially loved trying different traditional Japanese restaurants in the area. It was a great base for experiencing both the modern and authentic sides of Tokyo.
