Pros: Plenty of room for 4 people, and really close to transport and shops/markets/restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay.

Cons: Stairs to 3rd floor so need to be able to manage this with bags. We stayed for a few days so not a big deal. The shower is not very private, but can be worked around.
