I love this place. Despite of bad reviews and comments, i don’t find ut any difficulty when i and my family staying ther

Pros: Strategic location at Ginza. Walking diatance 15 min++ to the Ginza shopping street and malls.Facilities are all good. Full kitchen equipment with lots of utensil. Iron and iron board is provided. Bed is comfortable, toilet is small but that was fine considering Japan standard. The shower area can fit 2 person at one time. There is a dining table for 6 pax and sufficient enough for my family. Living hall is spacious with tv and extra futon.

Cons: There is a part of the wall and door has a hole like a former punch. But we are fine with it because it doesn’t effect anything. The house is at 2nd floor. I straight stairs to go up. Need to work together to bring up the luggages. Teamwork is necessary.
