The apartment had everything we needed and it was comfortable and convenient. I would stay again.

Pros: The self check-in process worked very smoothly and without any issues. We were also able to leave our luggage there prior to actual check-in time, which was very helpful. The apartment had everything that we needed for our stay - the only things not provided that would have been in a standard Japanese hotel were toothbrushes and a nightgown. This was not a problem as we were aware in advance. The apartment is about a five minute walk from Shin-Nakano Metro Station (on the Marunouchi Line). There is a supermarket (Santoku) almost next door for buying food. The washing machine was a real advantage and we used it a lot. There are a number of cheap restaurants nearby e.g. Saizeriya, Hidekaya and Matsuya.

Cons: The room was comfortable but a typical Tokyo apartment - quite small. It was fine for us as there were three of us and there are three small double beds in the apartment (although there isn't that much room between them). Personally, I found it fine but I think it could be a little crowded with more than 3 or 4 adults. The free Wi-Fi was a little slow and sometimes, I found it difficult to connect to it. We had made our own arrangements so didn't have to rely upon it but it might be an issue for others. It would have been nice to have more than one front door key so that we would have been able to do our thing with greater freedom. These are quite minor quibbles.
