A great place to stay when in Tokyo!

Pros: The location is very near the metro. Great when travelling with kids and old family members. The property has an elevator so, it's easier to access the place even if you have lots of things with you, Also, there are lots of convenient stores around like Family mart, Seven Eleven, etc.

great place for large families.

Pros: 2 minute walk from train station. 7eleven is across the street. host is very responsive, has taken care of tiny yet essential things like umbrellas, pocket wifi, charging USB cables and many more. we were group of 10 including 3 kids and everyone liked this appartment stay with Ryokan feel!

Large property in safe neighborhood close to metro stop. Great for families with kids.

Pros: Very close to metro station, as well as lots of shops and restaurants. Property was large, loved having two toilets. Shower also worked very well.

Cons: Furniture was small and provided little seating. Elevator was nice to have, but smelled terrible.

Pros: The location was convenient to the Metro. The beds were very comfortable. The house was clean. They replied quickly to all questions.

Cons: The Dominos pizza I ordered for delivery never showed up. Apparently the house is hard to find for deliveries. But the 7-11 made a perfect substitute meal.

立地もよく広い。快適だった。

Pros: まず広い。エアコンも各部屋しっかりあって多人数でも泊まれる。(風呂シャワーは渋滞しそうですが…) 駅から近く、大通りを挟んですぐコンビニと24時までやってるスーパーがあり買い物も楽。

Cons: 清掃がやや行き届いていないか…？お皿とフライパンがベタベタ、机にもベタつきがあり洗ってから利用になったのはちと面倒だった。(前の利用者のせいもあるかもだが) 寝室は綺麗だと感じた。風呂の下水臭がややあったが使ったら気にならなくなった。そのあたりだけはやや減点…それがなければ環境、ロケーションともに非常によい。その点にだけ多少目を瞑れば非常にお勧めできる。
