Very happy Stay!

Pros: The apartment is in a great location, only a 3-minute walk to Higashi-Koenji Station (M04) on the Marunouchi Line, with direct subway access to Shinjuku and Tokyo Station. Nearby supermarkets (Santoku, My Basket) and restaurants make daily life very convenient. The apartment is clean, cosy, and efficiently designed. Kitchen utensils, including a rice cooker, are provided. The owner is friendly and responsive. Overall, we were very happy during our 2-week stay.

Cons: The apartment is on the top (5th) floor. While there is an elevator, it starts from the second floor, so one flight of stairs is required from the entrance. (the ground floor is considered the first floor here)There is no washing machine inside the apartment, so guests need to use a nearby coin laundry or hand wash.
