Nice stay

Pros: The location is great. Just from a short walk to Shinjuku and full of restaurants around, 7 eleven,.. Super calm and quite building and street, I only used for sleep and I could rest very well. Bed and sheets are really nice. I didn’t use it but you have machine wash, microwave and a small kitchen. AC works well, WiFi too. Clean.

Cons: Small, it’s a small place with a tiny bath tube and a small toilet. Even though it’s enough for one traveller or a couple, just consider this if you are too big/tall. Not a big problem anyways. Just a bit overpriced as my personal opinion for a small basic apartment. But I guess location worth the price. And all the rest it’s ok.
