Very convenient accomodation experience

Pros: Very conveniently located with an easy access from both Higashi Shinjuku Station and Shinjuku 3-chome Station. Just a several minutes walk to major entertainment / F&B area of Kabukicho but the hotel itself is in a not noisy area which is good for stay. The hotel is relatively new and clean. Seems well maintained. Check in / out was also very smooth. Rate was very reasonable and overall the experience here was very nice.

Pros: The staff were very friendly helping us out at 9pm when our other accommodation failed. The room was exceptionally clean with mini fridge included.

Cons: The room was a smoking room- however definitely recognise this was a last minute booking with no non-smoking rooms left. Rooms a bit small for 3 people with large suitcases.

Excellent location, good hotel, small beds

Pros: Simple, but comfortable. The breakfast, very Japanese, very good.

Cons: The only thing is that beds are very small, so if you go with your partner and enjoy space, it is better to book two rooms.

Pros: Tolle Lage, nur 10 Minuten bis Isetan, Kneipenviertel usw. Geschmackvolle Einrichtung. Auf Wunsch gibt's nicht nur neue Handtücher, sondern auch frische Bettwäsche, im Sommer sehr angenehm, wenn man viel schwitzt. Einfach zu bedienende günstige Waschmaschine und Trockner verfügbar

Cons: Leider kein Eiswürfelgerät für kalte Getränke. Der Fahrstuhl hält immer an der Rezeption, auch, wenn man nur nach unten will, das ist etwas lästig.
