Great location, space and home feeling!

Pros: A little home away from home. Has everything you need, spacious, great location, easy check in process. About a 15-20 minute walk to the heart of Shinjuku, train stations 5 minutes away and easy to navigate. Elevator up to the 10th floor was awesome.

Cons: - the shower / bath leaks quiet a bit causing a puddle/smell in the bathroom, this didn’t affect our trip at all.

Pros: Amazing location and extremely spacious by tokyo standards. View from both sides is very impressive. The ideal base for exploring busy tokyo. Very clear entry instructions sent from the host/.

Very comfortable, roomy apartment in a great location.

Pros: A lovely clean apartment with lots of space for one or two people. Great position in walking distance to Shinjuku Station and Kabukicho. The bed is firm (very common in Japan) which I like but other people may prefer softer, maybe the owner could think about a mattress topper? The washing machine and dryer on the balcony were greatly appreciated. Overall, I was extremely happy and will definitely hope to stay here again.

Cons: The sofa no longer has legs, so is very low. Hard for someone of my age with my bad back to get out of, so I hardly used it. The TV has no access to streaming services, just local tv channels. So if you want to use a streaming service, bring an HDMI cable so you can connect your tablet/ laptop.

Fantastic base for exploring tokyo very spacious

Pros: Very spacious for japan with great views. have stayed before and would stay again. Perfect as close to Shinjuku only one stop away. but a bit quieter still great restaurants nearby

Pros: Very nice and fast contact. 10 minutes walk to Shinjuku Station. 2 minutes to Okubo Station. Fantastic view!

Pros: Konumu harikaydı. Okubo İstasyonuna çok yakındı ki burdan her yere gidebilirsiniz. Odada ihtiyacımız olan her şey vardı ve oda tertemizdi. Mesajlarla yönlendirilerek giriş yaptık ve hiç sorun yaşamadık. Sorduğumuz bütün sorulara en kısa zamanda cevaplar verildi. Tokyo standartlarına göre çok büyük bir odaydı.Çok teşekkürler.

Cons: Kalabalık bir caddede olduğu için bazen gürültülü olabiliyor ve uykunuzdan uyanabiliyorsunuz.
