Great location, clean and great value for money

Pros: Good location to shinjuku and shibuya and tadakanobaba train station, was clean and had everything you need.

Cons: Small for a four person group, would be perfect for 2 or 3.

Really comfortable beds!

Pros: Accommodating if traveling in a group of 4 or less. Easy to get to the station. Amenities to cook if you want a night in. Quiet at night, good places to eat nearby. Really easy to check in and out

Cons: The bathroom was quite small and there are signs of water damage, the shower will likely make water go everywhere, it also was not particularly clean when we checked in. Front entrance has a sign that says 'no vacation rentals were allowed' so you sometimes get a stink eye from some of the residents but no one bothered us
