It was a reasonably priced room for 5 people.

Pros: The property is strategically located for convenience, particularly regarding dining options. Being adjacent to a convenience store—with over three others in the immediate vicinity—makes it exceptionally easy to source breakfast and daily necessities. Furthermore, the accommodation is within walking distance of the train station, situated only a few hundred meters away.

Cons: One drawback of this accommodation was the limited floor space, which made managing luggage particularly challenging. Due to the restricted layout, it was impractical for more than one person to access their belongings at the same time, necessitating a sequential approach that was quite inconvenient.

Pros: The location is good. Only 1 station away from ikebukuro and 3 mins walk from nearest station (kita-ikebukuro). The bed is comfortable as well. The owner replies fast to my inquiry. The service is good

Cons: Typically house in Japan is small in size. The toilet is small, and the water heater temperature somehow fluctuates sometime very hot and sometime turns very cold while you bathe. About the size I think a group of 6 people is nice for the house but 8 is quite crowded

Pros: 離地鐵站非常近住宿周圍是安靜的房東很好👍🏻 8位安排在1樓！走道跟廚房空間不大但房間是舒服的洗澡只能一人有供應洗衣機～非常方便！住宿附近有7-11、超市～～如果不嫌棄小空間以這價位是非常便宜非常推薦！
