Calm, convenient and clean

Pros: The 2 laundry machines were convenient. We were also able to use the two showers at the same time without having problems with sharing the hot water. It is very well located, close to the station, one station away from Ikebukuro which is one of the main stations of Tokyo. There’s a school nextdoor but this was still a very quiet neighborhood.

Cons: The upper floor shower room doesn’t have any space to put our towels and clothes. The bathroom sink on the first floor (which was partially clogged) is located in the kitchen and the bathroom also doesn’t anything to put towels and clothes on. The kitchen doesn’t have much space to work with and the microwave plate doesn’t rotate.

Pros: This is a hidden gem!!! The location of the rental was absolutely perfect. The area felt safe and inviting. Close to the transportation options. The rental provided us with everything we needed and more for our family. Will try and reserve again for future visits.
