Cons: Die Ladestation war direkt hinter dem Kopfkissen beim Bett aber das war nicht so schlimm

Clean, affordable apartment that met my needs as a solo traveler

Pros: Instructions were clearly provided via email. Apartment is clean and brand new. Great price (¥16100 for 3 nights in January) which is rare in Tokyo. Close proximity (10-12 min walk) to Takadanobaba Station. Compact apartment suitable for solo travelers. Washing machine (detergent included) is appreciated. Satisfied with cleanliness overall, but with some room for improvement.

Cons: Instructions to access hot water could be provided in English to accommodate non-Japanese users. Cooktop is provided but there are no pots/pans/utensils - left me feeling confused about the cooktop's purpose. Used tissues left on the ground at the entrance. Used plastic bag and chopsticks from previous customers left behind the fridge. Blinds to cover the upper floor bedroom window would be useful.

Buena ubicación y relación calidad-precio

Pros: la ubicación es muy buena, en una zona tránquila pero al mismo tiempo muy bien ubicada cerca de la estación Takadanobaba que tiene muy buena conexión.

Pros: The location was great. Its brand new property. It was calm and peaceful. The host is very generous and helping always.

Cons: I loved everything.
