Not a five-star hotel but does the job

Pros: Great place to stay, clean and had fresh towels and (complimentary?) water daily. There was no staff when we came in at 2:30 other than a sign on the desk stating our keys were on the counter. The instructions were a bit confusing but the check-in was very easy since we just grabbed the keys and went to our room. The rooms were really nice and clean. No complaints. Clean bathroom. Clean shower. Clean bedsheets. It was very comfortable. It's still close to the train station and downtown area. I recommend this hotel if you're looking for something nice in a decent area.

Cons: The only critique I have is that there were ants by the fridge and an ant on my bed once. The location is also a few minutes farther than I would like and close to a busy, loud street.

Really spacious appartment

Pros: The room space was really big compared to other appartment hotel. The bath and bathroom was also bigger. When we need something they helpen us quick

Cons: It was good for what it is

Good stay, nice big room with Netflix aswell, clean and comfortable

Pros: Nice hotel, big size rooms. Access to free bikes, close to ammenities

Cons: Little far from station, but not too bad. Front desk is not available but wasn't a big issue.

Gave us everything we needed.

Pros: Without question value for money was outstanding. The location was decent and we enjoyed.

Cons: First impressions were not the best. Also it said three bedroom apartment but one bedroom was also the living room, this could have been clearer.

Great accommodation for larger families

Pros: Great location! Within walking distance to shops, restaurants and the main train station - IKEBUKURO.

Amazing stay and really good hosts!

Pros: I would rate this accommodation 5* , I stayed here with 4 of my friends (total of 5) in November 2024 for 1 week and we enjoyed our stay here. The property was clean, and the staff provided fresh towels every morning and a bottle of water for each guests every day. I really liked the service they provided.

Cons: I didn’t like the fact that it was around 12-13 min walk from the station. Other than that, it was really good.

A very comfortable and convenient place for a family to stay in Tokyo

Pros: Great central location for touring Tokyo. The property had great communication before our arrival answered all our questions promptly and presented very detailed directions on getting from the airport or Tokyo station to the property. The three-room apartment was roomier than expected for Japan and accommodated 4 adults and 2 children quite comfortably. The staff were very friendly and helpful for all our needs and questions. The provision of a washing machine and dryer was convenient and beneficial.

Cons: There was nothing I didn't like - a great place to stay for a family.

Perfect stay

Pros: Friendly staff, comfortable beds, daily replacement of towels and water. It was perfect for our stay. I travelled with 10 family members and we were able to book 1x2bedroom and 1x3bedroom apartments which fit us perfectly. There was also a washing machine and dryer for us to use which was great.

Cons: We stayed on level 8, the elevator only went up to level 7 which meant we had to carry our bags up a level. It wasn’t too much of a problem as it only affected us during check in and check out. Otherwise everything else was perfect.

It was good!

Pros: It was good, I liked the design and it was very spacious.

Cons: There were some things damaged, for example in the shower and the shoe box.
