Excellent location

Pros: Everything was perfect. Excellent location, clean and very comfortable. We had a small issue as the key didn’t work but the host responded and arrived within 2 minutes - excellent care.

We had a very nice stay, even tough one matress was clearly more comfortable than the other one.

Pros: The location was perfect, the room clean and the instructions clear.

Cons: The second mattress was very uncomfortable and thin compared to the first one. The configuration of the room was not really like the pictures.

Pros: La habitación estaba impecable y moderna, el aire acondicionado funcionaba perfectamente y el wifi también. La ubicacion ideal a 15 minutos andando de shinjuku y a 8 minutos del meteo.

Cons: Quizas si tienes mucho equipaje la habitación se quede un poco pequeña.

Pros: della struttura è più sul fatto che era letteralmente una casa un appartamento autogestito da noi di conseguenza non c’erano staff lo staff c’è stato soltanto quando abbiamo fatto il check-in

Cons: abbiamo avuto problemi con la climatizzazione, poiché il climatizzatore a un certo punto ha iniziato a perdere acqua un problema che ci ha seriamente dato fastidio durante gli ultimi giorni un altro problema grave è stato l’assenza di risposte da parte del proprietario, anche se alla fine si è rispecchiato in una persona gentile, cordiale e disposta all’aiuto, pur non conoscendo bene l’inglese
