Fukuhana

Pros: Excellent location, near many amenities, but also quiet. Comfortable room, decent size, plenty of towels. Nice surprise that there is a kettle. Good, adjustable AC and a dehumidifier. Good shower.

Cons: A bit of noise from all the devices (AC, dehumidifier, fridge) combined, but not too bad. Microwave would have been nice. Trash can is a bit small for longer stays, but maybe there is somewhere you can empty it (not explained)

Pros: Super convenient spot for 1 person. The room is bigger than it seems on the pictures and has everything you need for a short stay (if you do not wish to cook) Spot also well located, nearby train/Subway line and with nice restaurants nearby

Pros: The room is bigger than it seems from the pictures!! It's clean and neat and the location is quite good. It has all the services for a traveler :)

Pros: Location of the accommodation was very convenient - just a few minutes walk away from Shin Okubo and Higashi-Shinjuku Stations. Located in a peaceful neighbourhood, this accommodation was more than ideal for myself during my solo trip, with the space being bigger than some hotels in Tokyo. All the amenities provided worked fine and I was pleased with them. Will definitely recommend staying here especially if you are looking for an accommodation in a central location with sufficient space for at least two people.

Cons: Would have appreciated if there were more hooks/hangers to hang clothes or towels.

Pros: It’s a lot better than I thought. The room is clean and big, and comes with necessary facilities. The location is perfect, you can find many restaurants and convenient stores around it.

Comfortable stay in Ktown of Tokyo and is close to Shinjuku and the Shin-Okubo station for easy access to transportation

Pros: Host was responsive and made it easy to reach about any questions regarding to the facilities.

Cons: No elevator at the location.

Ottima struttura sotto vari aspetti

Pros: Ottima posizione in una zona strategica e vicino stazione metro,ci sono molti negozi e konbini nella zona oltre che distributori di bevande proprio sotto la struttura. La procedura di consegna delle chiavi avviene con la keybox alla porta della stanza,ti viene indicato un codice per aprirla e poi si riconsegna allo stesso modo.Lo trovo molto comodo. Stanza abbastanza spaziosa negli standard di Tokyo,silenziosa perchè in una strada secondaria e buona pulizia.

Cons: direi che punti negativi non ce ne sono

Excellent séjour

Pros: Tout à été parfait dès l’arrivée jusqu’au départ.Très proche de la Gare à quelques minutes à pied. Couple formidable serviable et adorable. Merci pour toutes ces bonnes attentions et qui nous ont fait très plaisir. L'emplacement est très bien propre tout confort et authentique. A bientôt on l'espère. Je recommande Merci beaucoup.
