Pros: I liked the location. It’s within 10 mins walk from the Shinokubo station. The whole street had at least 3-4 convenient stores which had everything we needed. We also love the amenities. They had a Dyson hairdryer! Hello ladies with beautiful hair you won’t be disappointed!! Washing machine even laundry liquid was provided. The owner was so thoughtful there was a rod in front of the air conditioner for you to dry clothes! Microwave and fridge even coffee machine were also provided. Seriously bang for your buck!!! I also loved the fact that they use quality hair shampoo, conditioner and body liquid soap. It wasn’t the cheap hotel stuff. Staff communication was excellent! Always replied messages quickly.

Cons: It’s not that I didn’t like, it’s rather a suggestion for even better service. I think for those who can’t read Japanese it would be helpful if there was a sheet of instructions hanging next to the washing machine. It would be helpful for those who can’t read Japanese and who couldn’t be bothered to read the instructions on the app. Also, while I found the video of how to enter the building was extremely helpful, maybe the owner can send the link to the video to guests before they arrive so everyone can see the video , not just those who read everything and found the video. I watched the video so I didn’t even have to meet or call the owner to open the doors. If everyone can see the video then they won’t need to trouble the owner.

Pros: The Host Sean is very responsive , he really try his best to help you and us a very considerate person . And the apartment inside is just same as the picture . To us the location is good , convenient but not noisy , I really have a great sleep till afternoon !

Great for Tokyo visits

Pros: It was cosy for 2 ! It definitely was well equipped, everything was very hi-tech. Quiet location and only short walk to Shin Okubo station, which was perfect for navigating the area. Ideal if you just want to grab a ready meal after an exhausting day, and come back to chill. Plus washing machine is great when travelling.

Pros: Very clean and with everything provided! The property manager is amazing with immediate communications and guidance. Very close to train station and so many lovely restaurants and shops.

Pros: Great location in central Tokyo in a calm street with little traffic. Many restaurants within walking distance. Very friendly and responsive staff with easy check-in and checkout procedures. Highly recommended!
