Pros: everything. the location is great, quiet but close to station. super clean and modern, great ventilation options, being in the ground floor. Coffee machine was a bonus!

Good location, cozy room and nice host !!

Pros: Very nice cozy property. The host is really nice and explains everything perfectly. The beds are comfortable and clean.

Cons: Tiny rooms, no space after two bags. We got downstairs room with no elevator so it was a struggle with luggage.

Pros: Large room with a great view of downtown Shinjuku (from our room A). Friendly staff and good facilities nearby, including a 24 hour supermarket. Close to Shinjuku without being in the crowds.

Spacious self contained unit in a great location

Pros: Spacious self contained stydio apartment in a terrific location. Close walking distance to the bright lights of Shinjuku and Shinjuju train station but in a quiet area. Free laundry facilities.

Great stay in convenient quiet location

Pros: Good sized room with great facilities plus use of laundry - all very easy. Very quiet, good comfortable beds.

Great Value Central Studio.

Pros: Really central around 20 mins walk to Shinjuku. It was like having your own little apartment with a small kitchen . We were able to check in early which was great. The owner was on hand to answer all questions and was really friendly and welcoming. It even had a free laundry room so we were able to do some washing.

Cons: The room was clean, however a new toilet brush is needed.
