我が家に居る様な感じで良かった。

Pros: 新宿駅から歩いて行ける距離で近くにコンビニもあり、食事をする場所にも困らなかったしアクセスもとても良く便利でした。住宅街にあったので夜も静かでした。外観は古かったですが内装はリフォームしてあり綺麗でした。

Cons: 玄関を出た所に出してあったゴミ袋のゴミが散乱していて衛生的にも気分的にも良くなかったです。バスマットの給水が悪かったです。

Pros: 新宿まで徒歩で約15分、完全非対面でチェックイン／アウトができたので非常に快適でした。部屋は掃除が行き届いていてきれいです。車通りから離れているので周りはとても静かでした。大人2人で利用しましたが、プライベート感のある室内でゆったり過ごせました。ダブルベッドの寝心地が良かったです。目の前にコインパーキングが幾つかあるので、車での利用にも良いかもしれません。新宿・渋谷観光の拠点としての利用をおすすめできます。

Pros: 新しい施設なのか、全体的に清潔感があり綺麗なお部屋でした。キッチン・電子レンジ・洗濯機があります。新宿エリアの散策に最適な立地だと思います。部屋から最寄りのバス停が近いので、渋谷へも行きやすかったです。

Pros: 妻と子供と一緒に3人で宿泊しました。チェックインは非対面で、簡単で気軽でした。数日前に番号などを受け取ります。新宿駅まで徒歩圏内で観光に最適です。少し入り組んだ場所にありますが、細かい地図や説明動画があり、迷わず行くことができました。施設は清掃が行き届いており、特にお風呂はとても綺麗でした。静かな住宅街にあり、長めの滞在も向いていると思います。細かい質問にも迅速に対応していただけました。値段にも満足しており、全体的に非常に良い滞在でした。
