Pros: easy procedure to collect & return key.. good location, kind of close to ikebukuro station.. quite cheap for great location, complete facilities & amenities.. communicative host, quick response to sudden request, thank you so much!

Cons: maybe if washing machine and dryer available, it will be easier than going to coin laundry.. but no worries :)
