Small, but very convenient

Pros: Ikebukuro is a great place to stay at, and this tiny apartment has everything you might want despite it's small size, even a bathtub! Good value for money and it was very clean.

Cons: We found it was hard to locate the apartement at first. The point that google map uses is not clear and you need to access it through a small alley. Photos of how to get there from the main street would have been useful. It took us a good 15 min of going around in circle to find it. But otherwise, once we found it, everything went smoothly.

Pros: We enjoyed the the self-contained, self-catering at the end of our trip. It's location, a little tricky but not impossible to find, is actually conveniently close to Ikebukuro Station. The studio flat is comfortable and well kitted out with washing machine, cooker, fridge etc

Cons: No work surface for preparing food - a shelf that lifted out next to the sink and folded away again would have been very useful.

Nice

Pros: Location is good can walk to station in around 10-15min. Got lots of convenience store while walking back. Use the laundry everyday to clean the cloth.

Cons: A little bit small but enough for me and my wife. First check on google and google maps shows the location in mejiro station which 1 station away from actual location.

Pros: Я очень хорошо знаком с Токио. Расположение апартаментов было очень удобным и как раз по целям моей поездки этого лета. Расположение очень отличное. Икэбукоро - это Икэбукоро!

Cons: Картонные стены это обычное явление в Японии. Думаю, надо прописывать об автоматическом закрытии двери пр выходе. Этого в пояснениях не было указано ни где. Системы замков бывают разные. И, к сожалению перед моим заездом был забит слив кухонной раковины.

Très bon rapport qualité prix

Pros: Le quartier très agréable, calme et proche de tout

Cons: Très très difficile de trouver l appartement à l arrivée. Il est bien caché !

Pros: Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und ist von der Bahnstation gut zu erreichen. In der Umgebung gibt es einige Geschäfte und viele Bars. Es ist sehr lebendig dort, was schön war! Zusätzlich war die Wohnung richtig gut ausgestattet. Es gab alles was man braucht.

Cons: Leider war der PIN Code falsch und dadurch konnten wir das Wohnung nicht betreten. Es gab auch keine Check-In Anweisungen. Durch die Hilfe von Nachbarn, Passanten und der auf Booking.com angegebenenTelefonnummer ist es uns letztlich gelungen die Wohnung nach fast zwei Stunden zu betreten. Die Dame von der Booking.com Telefonnummer konnte unsere Buchung lange nicht finden, auch nicht mit der Buchungsnummer und Namen. Vielleicht funktioniert das System nicht richtig. Außerdem wurde die Wohnung doppelt vergeben. Ein Tag vor unserem Check-Out kam die nächste Gruppe. Ihre Buchungszeit hat sich mit unserer überschitten.

Pros: 繁華街が近いにもかかわらず静かな環境 連泊だと洗濯機があるのはありがたい 道順を細かく説明してあり良かった。ただ、それがなかったら絶対に入口が分からない

怖かった

Pros: 駅からも歩ける環境で近くにたくさんのスーパーがあり買い物に便利で自炊が楽しくできました。民家の奥まったところにあるため池袋と思えないくらい静かでした。お風呂にも使ってゆっくりすることもでき良かったです。

Cons: 奥まったところにあるため少し不気味。夜中不審者に玄関のドアを何度とたたかれてその後怖くて寝れなかった。
