Spacious and cosy apartment

Pros: Great location, easy to get to everywhere. 5 mins walk to nearby station. Spacious apartment which is a rare find. Powerful shower and bath. Having a washing and a functional kitchenette is a bonus.

Cons: No lift and narrow stairs. While the apartment looks clean, my socks turned black after walking on the floor for a few minutes.

We recommend this apartment

Pros: We were staying for 4 days before flight home and it was right decision to select apartment over hotel, as we had a lot of bags to pack. Apartment was nice, convenient and clean.

Cons: Nothing, but keep in mind that there is no elevator only stairs and flat is on the 5th floor

Very wonderful for the price. Very adequate facilities. Good access to train stations. Stairs.

Pros: A very wonderful place, perfect for stays of over 3 nights. The room is more than enough for two person. We used the provided kitchenware and diningware to cook a simple meal, and the refrigerator and microwave was also very useful. The place is near to two stations; Morishita abt. 5 min walk, and Ryoukoku abt. 10 min walk, so it was quite flexible on which train lines that can be used from the place.

Cons: There is no elevator, so if you bring suitcases and your room is on the higher floor, be prepared to carry it up the stairs. It is quite narrow but still fit one person carrying a large suitcase. Also, I could not find an instruction manual for the things like the washing machine, bathroom ventilation, etc. inside the room (other than the manufacturers manual). It may be challenging for someone that is unfamilliar to these equipments or unfamilliar to Japanese.

Pros: Liked how clean it was and spacious enough for a family of 4. Having a kitchen and a washing machine is always helpful. Location is very good, near enough to metro, bus stops, some convenience stores and some restaurants.

Cons: I was aware that there was no elevator, but while it wasn't extra hard going up flights of stairs, it wasn't easy either. Some more pillows would be nice too. Other than that, apartment is A+.

Nice and clean with good connection

Pros: 3-4 min walk from store and station. Clean. For those looking for parking, there are lot of small parking areas around which are easy to find.

Cons: We stayed 4 days and didnt find any thing to clean floor. Also 4 big bags to carry on 5th floor with such a small stairs required good fitness 😉

Cons: Ventilation system and hot water are not intuitive for a western tourist. I think a house book or guide explaining in English how to use use boiler, washing machine and ventilation system would really help.

Pros: Clean, neat, very quiet. I liked that the bathroom is accessible from two rooms - it is more convenient than if one of the rooms was a walk-through. There is a TV in the bathroom. Not far from the metro station and small shops.

Cons: There are no cups with handles in the apartment, only glasses.

Beautiful flat in a quiet neighborhood

Pros: We had so much fun staying here. The flat was beautiful, fully equiped with all the necessities. It is a little bit further from the city center, but right next to a subway line in a quiet neighborhood. Our host was really kind, responded fast and helped with whatever we needed.
