Great glimpse into a Japanese apartment lifestyle!

Pros: I appreciate the property owner sending messages throughout our stay to recommend things or check in on us/reminders on procedures, e.g. trying out the egg sandwich from Lawson across the street. It was our first Airbnb experience, so despite the lack of physical staff, we still felt that we were taken care of. The apartment gave us a glimpse into how living in Japan might be like, e.g., with the trash sorting system. Although it's similar to a hotel room, it had more amenities all within the room (vacuum cleaner, iron, washing machine, kitchen, etc.) which made it more convenient as we didn'thave to go down to a lobby to use amenities. The entryway/genkan also added a homey feel (despite us not actually being at home), like we're actually entering a house rather than just a singular room.

Cons: As this is our first time experiencing a Japanese apartment, I don't think this problem is exclusive only to grande, but the entryway/genkan and toilet room was cold because we couldn’t find a way to keep it warm like the bedroom or shower >_< however we also understand it might be us simply not understanding how the apartment works. Secondly I was able to hear a few knocks and scapes from other floors, but I think we might have caused a few similar sounds especially with luggages so it's just a small natural matter, but thought I would point it out honestly.

Great stay at Morishita

Pros: Great location, good amenities provided and ample space in the apartment

Cons: Ventilation can be improved and would be nice if extension bar can be provided for charging of devices

Cosy place to stay

Pros: Close to subway station, plenty of space, responsive host

Cons: It was a bit cold (we were there in winter) Tight cooking space, but it was manageable

Pros: It is equipped with a desk. This is indeed pivotal for a traveler with works. This factor is decisive for me to choose this apartment. Although Morishita is not central, this location has access to two lines of subways.

I want to come here again, feels like home.

Pros: It has a very local style, making me feel like I'm living in Japan. There’s a 24/7 Lawson just 10 meters from the room and the metro station is only 200 meters away. Very nice!

Cons: The lock of the mail box doesn't open by following the guide, so I just take the key from the tiny opening of the mail box.

Great place to be in.

Pros: Location is good, there are a few food options around the area. Travelling out is relatively convenient also. The facilities in the house is well equipped, feels very homely.

Cons: Area lacks of entertainment facilities but is not a major issue.

Cozy apartment in calm neighbourhood.

Pros: Comfortable space, in a calm neighbourhood. Good restaurants around. The bathroom have a great ventilation and heating system, which also assists when doing laundry.

Cons: Check-in is a nightmare. The apartment is not very close to the train station, but that’s is ok. The problem is having to complete a damn scape-room puzzle to get the keys and enter the apartment. Not ideal after a long journey…

Our stay in Morishita is superb! It made our vacation in Tokyo comfortable and convenient! ❤️

Pros: The location is near the Morishita Station and Lawson which are about 2-3 minute walk. A few blocks you can find good restaurants, Familymart and 7/11. The place itself is very convenient, there is a washing machine, a dryer, and a bath tub! ❤️

どこ行くのも便利でした。

Pros: 駅チカでコンビニもすぐそこにあります。電話した際も丁寧に教えていただきました。 玄関は狭めでしたがら靴箱などありましたのでそこを使えば3人余裕で使えました。

Cons: 部屋のカーペットに髪の毛が落ちていた。チェックインすぐに発覚して、掃除機、コロコロもしたが半分くらいは落ちなくて諦めました

Bien situé et belle vue sur la ville

Pros: Grand appartement, bien situé avec tout ce qu'il faut

Cons: Difficultés pour comprendre comment utiliser l'air conditionné, difficultés pour comprendre où mettre ses déchets
