Lovely apartment

Pros: Amazing apartment, just a few little problems but nothing too bad.

Cons: The beds are really hard. Also the shower, took me a while to figure out how to make the shower hot and there is alot of noise from the mechanics shop next door.

Spacious and very clean with just the right amount of amenities.

Pros: There was a space upstairs for the kids and downstairs for adults, the bathing and laundry facilities were fantastic and there was enough space to not feel cramped.

Cons: Not a lot of space to store luggage unfortunately. We were an adult family with one piece of luggage each so we were having to stack our suitcases on top of each other and sort out our clothing day by day by taking it in turns to sort thru the pile, not a massive biggy but cumbersome none the less for a weeks stay.

Pros: Prima bedden, makkelijk deur open maken met telefoon app en fijne faculteiten. Handig dat er een wasmachine is.

Clean and good location, but not for anyone with mobility issues.

Pros: The location was excellent. Only two stops away from Shinagawa Station but yet in a quiet neighborhood. There’s a Lawson’s right across the street. It had all the cleaning supplies we needed. Was big enough for 4 people.

Cons: This place is not for the physically challenged. The first floor is just a table and two twin beds. There is a steep concrete stairways that goes down to the basement where another small bedroom, small kitchen and bathroom are located. We didn’t mind it but if you have a physical challenge, look somewhere else. The pictures are a little deceiving, it is a small apartment just perfect for no more than 4 people. Wish there was more hooks available to hang up bags, towels, wet clothes, etc. Also wish there was also more electric outlets on the first floor.
