Pretty great for the location and price!

Pros: Great location, close to trains, good small multi use room. Amazing it had a washing machine.

Cons: The beds were rough, you could feel every spring when you rolled over. But everything else was good

We felt spoiled after our stay, as moving to a hotel on the next leg of our journey made us realise all the conveniences

Pros: Location! It was a 5 min walk to Yoyogi station. We also backed onto the Shinjuku national garden which was a beautiful place to view the cherry blossoms. It was super handy to have the amenities such as a washing machine. It was a game changer for us. Laundry liquid was included.

Cons: Nothing.

A great cheap place to stay if you don't need much space.

Pros: The room is tiny but it was more than adequate for one night for my teenage son and I and we were happy to find somewhere to stay where we each had our own beds (bunk beds). I would not recommend this place for an extended stay due to the small room unless you're looking for somewhere very cheap, in which case it's absolutely fine.

Cons: Just how small the room was, but I knew that when I booked it.

Pros: Good location, nice room with kitchen, washing machine, microwave. Hot water supply is great for shower at freezing winter. The staff are very nice.

Great location, and a decent place to sleep in.

Pros: This hotel is in a good location in an area between Shinjuku, Shibuya, and Harajuku. Allowed us easy access to anywhere we wanted to be in Tokyo.

Cons: The room we stayed in for 2 adults can feel small when both people need to do things. But it is manageable.

Well equipped apartment in great location

Pros: Location was great, easy walk to Yoyogi station. Also close to some great local restaurants as well as 7-11 if you preferred to pick up something easy. Having the microwave in the apartment was also handy.

Cons: Mattresses were a little too firm for my liking.

Great family base for exploring Tokyo

Pros: Really clever use of a not huge apartment. We stayed for 3 nights and were even able to wash and dry laundry during our stay. There is access to a covered outside area for drying which was great in the late-July 2023 heat. We explored the local neighborhood for tasty meals and accessed all of Tokyo easily from the nearby Yoyogi Metro/subway Station. Google maps works really well for public transport, which is easily navigable even with only English language.

Cons: Not a criticism but a warning to other guests: it is not 100% straightforward to find the entrance - make good use of the excellent instructions provided by the owner.
