Pros: Spotless Great location. Good sized rooms. Bedding was fabulous. Host was always contactable. Very helpful.

Cons: Taxi drivers couldn't find location so good to use a local business as the pinned location. The stairs are steep and windy so not a location if you can't climb easily or have small kids. Toilet on floor 1 and 2 only. Would.be good for another seat option in lounge room.

Top-notch location, high-quality facilities and responsive host

Pros: Brilliant quiet location just a few minutes walk from Yoyogi Station with the heart of Shinjuku also just a short walk away. Yoyogi is just one stop from Harajuku and two stops from Shibuya too, so we found the location couldn't be more perfect. The house was spotless and all the appliances were top notch and seemed to be very new: strong air conditioning, excellent shower strength, amazing washing machine, huge comfy beds in each room, etc. The host was fast and helpful, and even offered to let us stay a few hours longer after check-out to better fit around our flight.

Cons: The air conditioner in the smallest room hadn't been installed correctly and started dripping. The host arranged for immediate repair but unfortunately we couldn't find a mutually suitable time for the work to be carried out. Luckily, my two daughters were good to share a bedroom so the impact was minimal for us. The host sent us complimentary snacks nonetheless. Note that the house consists of four floors, which may be one floor too many for some!

Great stay. very comfortable

Pros: So many beds, very accommodating. Nice rooftop. Had everything we need. Lots of towels. Washing machine. Great big shower space. Host was very attentive quick response. Very secure and safe area. 5 mins to the station. Lots of family marts & 7/11 nearby. Super comfortable for my family and I. Lots of stairs.

Pros: Очень хороший персонал, быстро отвечал. Удобное заселение! Разрешили заселиться на час раньше и выселиться на час позже. Комфортное расположение, близко и к Ёеги и к Шинджуку. Большой дом, много спален!

Cons: Очень крутые и узкие лестницы!!! По сути это четырехкомнатная квартира расположенная вертикально))) спали на четвертом этаже, умывались на первом. Но пока бегали вверх вниз, худели) хотелось бы на кухни бокалы для вина и для виски

Pros: המיקום מושלם. מטבח מרווח ומאוד מאובזר מכונת כביסה שהיא גם מייבש כבדה מצויין. חדרים מחוממים המזגנים עבדו מצוין

Cons: הרגשנו כמו בבית המומינים, אז אחרי ההליכה של היום היה מדרגות בבית 😅 יש רק אמבטיה וכיור לשטיפת ידיים צחצוח שיניים בקומה הראשונה, מבאס לרדת מהחדר בקומה 3/4 עד לשם בשביל זה.

Excellent location with full accommodations for a family

Pros: The location was excellent with a short walk to Yoyogi and Shinjuku stations. The house easily accommodated our family of five and we would stay there again. The host responded to all inquiries quickly which was appreciated.
