总的来说，这次居住体验还是满意的，我愿意推荐给有需要的朋友们。

Pros: 离地铁口真的很近，西早稻田站1号口出来拐个弯就到了。虽然是比较有年代感的房子，但房屋内收拾得很整洁，两个房间都睡得很舒服，晚上特别安静，早上也没有噪音。房屋面积虽然不大，但卫生间和淋浴间还是做到了干湿分离，很舒适。阳台上午能晒到太阳，晒东西很合适。地铁口对面有超市，附近还有好几家便利店，买食物很方便。

Cons: 过道区域的地板没弄好，走过去会有明显的噪音。淋浴间花洒喷水的力度有些小，勉强能用。
