Ken's Place Azabudai

Pros: Love the location, very clean, kids love the bedroom, very recomanded

Pros: The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was great

Cons: It needed a clothes horse to dry wet clothing if you didn’t want to use the dryer in case it shrunk your clothes. It also needed a tea towel to dry dishes- Paper towel wasn’t good enough

Pros: Cute, comfortable place to stay. Kids loved the bed setup and it had everything we needed.

Cons: Video check in as well as an online check in was a little too much. I guess this is their procedure but there were multiple groups checking in at same time so was a bit painful.

Nice, big and clean. Good location

Pros: The location was good. 2 metro stations close-by. Very calm and safe neighborhood with many convenient stores. The ´flat’ was pleasant as we had the sleeping space upstairs. Very comfortable bedding

Cons: The bed linen and towels were supposed to be changed after three days. We stayed a week and they were changed …the day before we left . The place is designed for four people but the only sitting place (sofa ) only seats three.

Pros: Great location, nice, tidy and clean space. You do everything by yourself as you check in using an iPad and then they give you the password for the door. 2 train stations are walking distance. Nice and quiet suburb.

Cons: Could have mor kitchen supplies.

Highly recommend Ken’s Place, clean, quiet and spacious.

Pros: A great area for first time visit to Tokyo ( for some of us). Really quiet at night, room was spacious by Tokyo standards and very clean. No staff on site but very fast communication when needed.

Cons: Not a negative but just a reminder that if you arrive early there’s no where to store luggage. We made that mistake, found somewhere else local until we could check in.

Ken's place

Pros: The apartment was bright, clean and comfortable. In a very convenient area close to many of the attractions and shops but still nice and quiet. The cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Cons: Checking in was quite tricky and made even more difficult as we had not been sent our booking confirmation reference number and everything is done on a screen. However a member of the cleaning staff found us struggling and even though she was a little confused she did everything she could to help. Even getting in touch with the owner and we managed to resolve the issue. Without her help we may well have been stuck.

Great location and property if your looking for something just outside of the chaos of Shibuya

Pros: Great to have so much sleeping space for the four of us (2 adults 2 teenage children). We actually found the location really good to get away from all the commotion of Tokyo and easy to get to, safe neighbourhood. Good facilities and great ramen round the corner along with other eating options ..

Cons: Not really a dislike but check in process a little cumbersome over video call

Great Location, Great Space.

Pros: Good amount of space for family of 4. Rare in Tokyo. Little kitchen a bonus as well. Close to cafe's and food areas.

Cons: Noticed nowhere to hang towels... minor complaint.
